The designers and architects have spent countless hours on every detail. The common areas of the house are dominated by materials and furnishings designed and manufactured in the tradition of early 20th century villas. The idea of "Kunstwerk", that is, applied art in an original design created exclusively for this villa, permeates the entire project, from the basement to the roof terrace.

Corridors

All the common parts of the house, from the mailboxes, staircases, railings, handles, and broken stone lining, were designed by the designers and architects at under construction. The staircase is illuminated with design lights from the renowned Czech glass company BOMMA.

Garages

Each apartment has its own lockable garage for 2 - 3 cars with a design rolling gate. Within the garage there is always a hobby room, which can be used for example as a wine cellar or a small private "garage club."

Garden gazebo

The large garden of Villa ÉPOQUE will provide the owners with not only privacy, but also space for relaxation or even for socializing. For this purpose, a garden gazebo has been designed at the rear, with seating under a pergola surrounded by flower planting.

The renowned under-construction studio is led by architects, a married couple, Erika and Vladimír Vašut. Under their direction, the studio creates exceptional buildings of both residential, commercial and unusual character. Among their most interesting projects are the award-winning Zahálka, Barrandez-Vous, the very interestingly designed Truhlárna residences, and the Kotelna design in Karlin, which follows the reconstruction of the famous architect Claudio Silvestrini.
